CHARLES FRAMPTON
Charles has more than 25 years of executive management and business consulting experience, providing exceptional leadership in critical operations and projects. Charles has delivered outstanding results for the companies he has worked for and his clients over a varied portfolio of projects.
Charles has worked for companies as diverse as Eastman Kodak, Welch’s, and UpToDate, Inc. He has consulted at IBM, Resources Global, and his own firm, Westvale Consulting, LLC.
Charles co-founded Westvale in 2002 to bring the best practices and change management approaches to small and medium sized businesses. In engagement after engagement, Charles has; doubled and tripled sales, implemented simple and direct controls, driven change through organizational alignment, and business process improvements supported by system refinements to dramatically improve the top and bottom lines for each of his clients.
Charles enjoys basketball, landscaping, reading, and traveling. Charles and his wife live in Concord, MA and enjoy spending time with their family and their friends.
DAVID PHILLIPS
David has over 30 years of international executive management, business consulting and project management experience. David has achieved profitable revenue growth for small to large companies operating through difficult transitions and start up, with full P&L responsibility, as an interim manager and as a consultant.
David has worked in the USA, Europe, Asia and Africa for companies such as Shell, BP and Sperry and consulted at Unisys Global Solutions and Westvale.
In 2002 David co-founded Westvale to bring his career experience to regional mid-market manufacturing, distribution, services and computer hardware and software companies. With a distinguished track record in multi-channel sales and solution delivery across a variety of industrial and commercial market sectors , David specializes in general management, revenue strategy and execution, sales and marketing.
David lives with his wife Christine and two children in Bedford NH. He is fluent in Italian and Portuguese and is keenly interested in international affairs. As former representative rugby player in the UK is also is a sports enthusiast. David holds a B.S. in Mathematics.
